On mo~ion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn ara carried, on~ecommen~ation of ~hief of Police Howard, Mrs. Dorothy M. Russlck, ~rs. Ray H. Sn~der, Mrs. Charles Clem an~ Mrs. A. R. Muller were appointed acting special offi- cers for the perioC ending June ll~h, 1934, when all appointments will be revoked subject ~o filling out ques- tionnalres for reappointment. On mo~lon of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn ana carried the application of W. B. McNary for permission to use the store buil~ng at 1~48 S. Ma~n St~.eet for a garage, was referred to the Planning Commission for reoom~endation. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconCed by LeGatee ane carries the application of Nick Goainez for permission to conduct a produce stand in the ~00 block South Main Street, was referred to the Planning Commission for recommendation. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconCed by Penn arc carrieC the resignation of Geo. G. Penn was granted a two week's leave of absence from the State.
