Britenstine. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by LeGaye and <br />carried, the invitation of the Construction Industries of <br />Orange County to attend the first annual banquet to be <br />held at the American Legion Hall at 6:30 P.M., June 12th, <br />was accepted and the Mayor authorized to appoint a com- <br />mittee of one to attend the banquet. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- <br />ried, the application of Roy W. Crenshaw for a permit to <br />drive a taxicab for C. W. Williams, was granted on recom- <br />mendation of the Taxicab Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, the application of J. H. Britenstine for permis- <br />sion to operate a pool hall at 902 E. Fourth Street, was <br />referred to the Planning Commission~ and referred back to <br />the Council stating that no~ posting was required. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee LeGaye, seconded by Warner and car- <br />tied, the application of J. H. Britenstine for permit to <br />operate a pool hall at 902 E. Fourth Street was referred <br />to the Polic e Commission and Chief of Police for investi- <br />gation. <br /> <br /> <br />
