LeC~ye, E.G. Warner, <br />W.H. Penn, A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. <br /> <br /> Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Communication <br /> <br />County Assessor. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Michael J. Nichols. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Proposal of <br /> <br />Ted D. Collins. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />W. F. Croddy. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Clyde McWhorter. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Applications <br /> <br />Taxicab Drivers. <br /> <br />On motion Of T~ustee HasenJaeger, seconded by LeGaye and <br />carried, the communication from James Sleeper, County <br />Assessor, advising that he expects to lower the assessed <br />valuation of Orange County for the fiscal year, 1934-35, <br />approximately ten per cent, citSee included, was received <br />and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried <br />the application of Michael J. Nichols for permission to <br />conduct a Pool Hall at 406 E. Fourth Street, was referred <br />to the Chief of Police and Police Commissioner. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and ~arried <br />the proposal of Ted D. Collins to furnish a band of <br />.thirty musicians for ten concerts at $75.00 per concert, <br />was received and filed. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- <br />ried, the application of W. P. Croddy for a permit to <br />remodel and establish a physician and dental office at <br />124 E1 Portal Street, Was referred to the Planning Commis <br /> <br />sion. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warne~ and <br />carried, the recommendation of the Planning Comission <br />was accepted and the property at 124 E1 Portal Street <br />was ordered posted for special uses and the hea~ng date <br />set January lSth, 1934, in accordance with the applicatio~ <br />of W. F. Croddy to use location for the establishment of <br />a physician and dental office. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by LeOaye and carried <br />the application of Clyde McWhorter to drive a taxicab <br />was referred to the Taxi CommiSsion. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried <br />the applicationsof Eugene L. Wood and Chas. Keens to <br />d~ive taxicabs in the City of Santa Aha, were granted. <br /> <br /> <br />
