Lindsey, <br /> <br />etal. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- <br />ried, the City Auditor was authorized to enter into an <br />agreement with the Sciots and Elks Lodges for the use of <br />the Nunicipal Bowl June E~nd and ~3rd to stage a donkey <br />ball game for the benefit of the Lodges Charity Fund; the <br />City to receive ten per cent of the gross receipts. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- <br />ried, the application of H. C. Hood for a permit to erect <br />a service station at 100E S. Nain Street, was referred to <br />the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Bruns and carried <br />the property at 100~ S. Nain Street was ordered posted fo~ <br />special uses and the hearing date set for June 18th as <br />recommended by th~ Planning Commission with the provision <br />that no street trees are disturbed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, <br />tied, the application of the <br /> <br />seconded by LeGaye and car- <br />Church of the Nazarene for <br /> <br />permission to erect signs,indicating the location of theiz <br />church, to be placed at Fifth and Main, Fifth and Broadwa <br />Fourth and Patton and at First and Parton Streets, was <br />grant ed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- <br />ried, the co~m~unication of R. W. Fife requesting the <br />opening of a street through his property in the Norse <br />Villa Tract or making a childrents playground by consoli- <br />dating the lots in that vicinity, was referred to the <br />Street Commissioner and City Engineer. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee LeGaye, <br />tied, the applications of V. <br /> <br />seconded b~ Warner and car- <br />M. Walker, Mrs. Dorothy <br /> <br />Russick, Clifford Burrier, H. E. Holmes, ~irs. Frances <br />Clem, E. B. Adams, Thomas Finney, Mrs. Mildred Snyder, <br />John Dunlap, Robert Geivet, Thomas W. Scudder, Nrs. <br />~rianne N. Muller, Nach H. Floyd, Otto S. Clyde, Herbert <br />Carter, Robert Speed, E. E. Frisby and F. W.
