On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- ried, the City Auditor was authorized to enter into an agreement with the Sciots and Elks Lodges for the use of the Nunicipal Bowl June E~nd and ~3rd to stage a donkey ball game for the benefit of the Lodges Charity Fund; the City to receive ten per cent of the gross receipts. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- ried, the application of H. C. Hood for a permit to erect a service station at 100E S. Nain Street, was referred to the Planning Commission. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Bruns and carried the property at 100~ S. Nain Street was ordered posted fo~ special uses and the hearing date set for June 18th as recommended by th~ Planning Commission with the provision that no street trees are disturbed. Fife requesting the opening of a street through his property in the Norse Villa Tract or making a childrents playground by consoli- dating the lots in that vicinity, was referred to the Street Commissioner and City Engineer.
