On motion of Trustee LeGaye, seconded by Penn and carried the City Council adjourned to Monday, June 25th, 1934, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber. Mayor of the Cit~ of Santa Ana. santa Ana City Hall. June 25th, 1934. V:30 P.M. City Council met in regular adjourned session. Meeting called to order by ~he Clerk. Present: Trustees A.F. LeGaye, E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, Fred C. Rowland, Pl,~mmer W. Brnns. Absent: Trustees None. In Re On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, Appointment Trustee E. G. Warner was appointed Mayor of the City of Mayor E.G. Warner. Santa Ana for the unexpired term, to fill the vacancy made by the resignation of Mayor Paul B. Witmer. In Re On motion of Trustee ~runs, seconded by Rowland and car- Application tied, the application of J. T. Nichols for permission to J. T. Nichols. use Birch Park on Sunday afternoon, July 1st for the pur- pose of delivering a lecture on the Townsend Old Age Revolving Pension Plan and to conduct a free-will offer- tng to cover cost of amplification, was granted. In Re Mayor Warner appointed Trustee LeGaye as a c(mnnittee of Water Committee Meeting one to attend the meeting to be held June 29th at 7:30 Asso. Chambers of Commerce.
