V:30 P.M. <br /> <br />City Council met in regular session. <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Warner. <br /> <br />Present: Trustees Fred C. Rowland, W.H. Penn, <br /> Plummet W. Bruns, E.G. Warner. <br /> <br /> Absent: Trustees O.A. Haley <br /> <br /> Minutes of meeting, of February 4th were <br /> approved as read. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resignation <br /> <br />Trustee O.A. Haley. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Rowland, seconded by Bruns and carried <br />the resignation of O. A. Haley, Trustee of the First Ward, <br />was accepted to take effect at once. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Communication <br /> <br />M. H. Shirley. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Rowland and carried <br />the communication of M. A.
