Smith, Fred C. Rowland, W.H. <br /> Penn, Plummet W. Bz~ns, E.G. Waz~er. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Absent, T~stees None. <br /> <br /> Whereas, it satisfactorily appears to the City Council of <br /> the City of Santa Aha that notice of said election was duly <br /> and legally given as being held April 8th, 1935, according <br /> to law. There were thirty-six voting precincts established <br /> for the purpose of holding said election, consi, sting of a <br /> consolidation of the regular election precincts established <br /> for holding the last general State and County elections. <br /> The Council finds that as a result of said election the <br /> whole number of votes cast were 96~0, and that the followin <br /> persons 'were voted for with the following results, to-wit: <br /> <br /> For Trustee, First Ward. <br /> 1. Dr.S.L. Aubin, received 500-votes. <br /> 2. A.F. LeGaye, received 4053 votes. <br /> 3. Joseph P. Smith,received 49V9 votes. <br />Joseph P.
