<br />~he following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "AResolu~ion of the City Council of the City of SantAna,
<br />Califo~ia, declaring its intention te order the closing up
<br />and abandonment of a portion of a certain street known as
<br />West Tenth Street within said City, which portion of said
<br />street is described as bounded on the East by the West line
<br />of North Bristol Street in said City, bounded on ~ North
<br />by the South line of Block "B" of Tract No. 671, bounded on
<br />the South by the North line of Block "A" of Tract No. 671,
<br />and bounded on the West by the Northerly prolongation across
<br />said Tenth Street of the West line of said Block "Af, all as
<br />shown on the Map of said Tract No. 671 recorded in Beck 24,
<br />Page 32 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange Coup,
<br />California, and declaring it to be for ~le pUolic interest
<br />and convenience, and fixing the time and place for hearing
<br />objections to said proposed imprevemen~

<br />Ana numbered Ordinance No. 954 and entitled "An Ordinance
<br />creating a Board of Forestry of the Ci~y of Santa Ana
<br />under the Jurisdiction of the Planning Commission, regulating
<br />the planting, removal, maintenance and care of trees, plants
<br />and shruos on public streets and parkways, and repealing
<br />Ordinance No. 857, approved October 29, 1928."

<br />
<br />second reading.

<br />of Sound Making Devices for Advertising Purposes in ~aid
<br />City, and amending Ordinance No. 6§8 of said City."
