R. Kellogg for permission to construct a <br />driveway across city property at the southeast corner of Roe <br />Drive and Santa Aha Boulevard, was referred to Trustee Smith <br />and City Engineer McBride for investigation and report back <br />at the next meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee BrunS, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant in the amotmt of <br />$200.00 from the General Fund in favor of Company "L" I~5th <br />Infantry Mess Fund, during encampment. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the application of the United Cooperative Exchange #1, 1430 <br />W. Fourth Street, for permission to stage a benefit dance and <br />show at the Ebell Club, August let, was denied in its present <br />form as it does not comply with the Ordinance .in effect. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the City Engineer was instructed to make a survey in conjunc- <br />tion with the Orange County Flood Control to determine the <br />cost, etc. for a drainage system in the City, also a survey <br />for the replacement of two inch water mains and any other <br />necessary surveys as possible projects when Federal Funds are <br />alloted under W. P. A. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith', seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the following Resolution ~ntitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution requesting grant of funds for certain changes <br /> in proposed plans and specifications for City Hall, and <br /> approval of ~ublic Works Administration" <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2432 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Joseph P. Smith, Plummet W. Bruns, <br /> Fred C. Rowland. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees W. H. Penn, Ernest H.
