On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Stuns,the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana, creating the Office of Assistant City Treasurer" was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1018 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Joseph P.
