NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Zlst day of ~ecember , 1953 at the hour of 7:30 P. M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at the intersection of Third and Main Streets in the City of Santa Ann, California, is the time and place fixed at which the City Council will hear protests made by any person owning real property within said ter- ritory ac proposed to be annexed. At any time before said hour, any owner of such property may file written protest against this proposed annexation. Such protest should state the name of the owner and a description and area of the property in general terms.
