RESOLUTION NO. 54-19 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAI~ DEED WHEREAS, on February 15, 1954 the City Council of the City of Santa Aha passed and ~dopted Resolution Number 54-15 vacating por- tions of Greenleaf Street and Bonnie Brae; and V~EREAS, ALLISON HONER has requested that the City execute deeds conveying certain property to vest title in the Grantees; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby au- thorized and directed to execute that certain quitclaim deed, quit- claiming all of the right, title and interest of the City of Santa Ana, a Municipal Corporation, in that certain property in the County of Orange, State of California described as: All that portion of Greenleaf Street ss described in book 534, pages 292 and 294 of Deeds, records of Orange County, and that portion of Bonnie Brae conveyed to the City of Santa Aha by deed recorded in book 1706, page 19, of Official Records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northerly line of Santa Clara Avenue with the ~esterly line of Greenleaf Street; thence North 1° 00' 00" East 334.90 feet, more or less, along the said Westerly line to the Southeast corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Calvin E. Gilbert et uz. by Deed recorded June 29, 1951 in book 1979, page 645 of Official Records of said Orange County; thence South 89o 47' 00" East 25.00 feet along the Easterly prolongation of the Sout~¥~y line of said parcel of landA to a point in the center line of~Greealeaf Street; thence North 1~ 00' 00" East 8.85 feet along sai~ center line to a point on a curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 90.00 feet. a r~dial line p~ssing through said point bears North 47o l~' ~$" East; thence Southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 47° 05' 18" an arc distance of 73.97 feet to a point tangent in the Southerly line of said Bonnie Brae; thence North 89° 51' 00" ~est 41.34 feet along said Southerly line to a point in the Easterly line of Greenleaf Street; thence South 1° 00' 00" West 315.00 feet, more or less, along said Easterly line to a point in the Northerly line of Santa Clara Avenue; thence North 89o 51' 00" ~est 50.00 feet along said Northerly line to the point of beginning. Subject to an easement for sewer and storm drain purposes over e strip of land l0 feet in width and lying 7.00 feet ~esterly ~nd 3.00 feet Easterly of the center line of said Greenleaf Street, to ALLISON H01~R COL~Y, a co-partnership consisting of ALLISON H0~ER and HELEN L.
