REJOLUTiOM N©. 54-15 ORDER~G TH]E VACATION, ABAi~DON]~ENT A~D CLOSING 0F CERTAIN PORTIONS OF GREENLEAF STREET Af~rD BON'NIE BRAE Ai~D RESERVIN~ A~,~ EAS~,~NT Ti~_~REIi~ ~REAS, heretofore, the City Council of the City of Santa on the 18th day of January, 1954, regularly passed and adopted Reso- lution No. 5~-9 declaring its intention to vacate and abandon certain portions of Greenleaf Street and Bonnie Brae and reserving an easement therein, as therein and hereinbelow described, which said Resolution was regularly published as required by law; and .~REAo, notice of said intention was ~uly posted as required by Section 8322 of the Streets and Highways Code; and ?~iERm~AS, public hearing was regularly held o~ the 15th day of Feb- ruary, 1954 at the hour of 7:30 P..~. i~ the ~ou~c~l ~ha~nbers in the gity Hall of Santa Ane, California upo~ due notice in said Resolu~ tion and said posted notices contained; .0J, THEREFORE, ~FT~R DUE ...... ~I~, IT RESOL~D: That the City Council of the City of Santa Aaa hereby finds, from all the evi- dence submitted, that those portions of Greenleaf Street and Bonnie Brae hereinbelow and in said Resolution described, are unnecessary for the present or prospective public street purposes but that an easement therein as hereinbelow set out must be reserved. BE IT FURT~ER RESOLVED: That the City Co,nail of the O~.ty .of o~.nt .... ~ h~reby makes its Order vacatiug, abandoning and closing up for street purposes, those certain parcels of real property being in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California and described as follows: All that portioG of Greenleaf Street as described in Book 534, Pages 292 and 29~ of Deeds, Records of Orange County, and that portion of Bon~ie ~rae as conveyed to th~ City of ~aa by Deed recorded in Book 1706 at page 19, Official Records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly line of Santa Clara Avenue with the ~JVesterly line of Greenleaf Street; thence N. 1° 00' 00" E. &06.3& feet alon~ the Westerly line of said Greenleaf Street to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 90.00 feet; thence Southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 90° 51' 00" an arc distance of 142.71 feet to its point of tangency
