RESOLUTION NO. 54-20 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIi~ DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 15, 1954 the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ann passed and adopted Resolution Number 54-15 vacating por- <br />tions of Greenleaf Street and Bonnie Brae; and <br /> <br /> W~ERE~S, ALLISON HONER has requested that the City execute <br />deeds conveying certain property to vest title in the Grantees; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED: That the Mayor is hereby au- <br />thorized and directed to execute that certain quitclaim deed, quit- <br />claiming all of the right, title and interest of the City of Santa <br />Ann, a Municipal Corporation, in that certain property in the County <br />of Orange, State of California described as: <br /> <br /> All that portion of Greenleaf Street as described in Book <br /> 534, pages 292 and 294 of Deeds, records of Orange County, <br /> California, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of said Green- <br />leaf Street, distant thereon North 1° 00' 00" East 406.34 feet <br />from the intersection of said Westerly line with the Northerly <br />line of Santa Clara Avenue; thence from said point of beginning <br />South 1° 00' 00" West 71.44 feet, more or less, to the Southeast <br />corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Calvin M. Gil- <br />bert et ux. by deed recorded June 29, 1951 in book 1979, page <br />645 of Official Records of said Orange County; thence South 89° <br />47' 00" East 25.00 feet along the Easterly prolongation of the <br />Southerly line of said parcel of land conveyed to Calvin M. Gil- <br />bert et ux. to a pointAin the center line of said Greenleaf <br />Street; thence North 1° 00' 00" East 8.85 feet, along said center <br />line to a point on a curve concave Northeasterly and having a <br />radius of 90.00 feet, a radial line passing through said point <br />bears North 47° 14' 18" East; thence Northwesterly along said <br />curve through a central angle of 43° 45' $2" an arc distance of <br />68.74 feet to a point tangent in the Westerly line of said Green- <br />leaf Street and the point of beginning. <br /> Subject to an easement for sewer and storm drain purposes over <br />the East 7.00 feet of the hereinabove described parcel of land, <br /> <br />to CALVIN M. GILBERT and HEL)~ ~.
