H. Eckles to change the bus route on ~he <br />North Ross Street line, was referred to a committee for study <br />and report back. Trustees Bruns, Layton, City Attorney and <br />Police Chief were appointed as the committee. <br /> <br />On mSion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, the <br />application of W. Ray Edwards to erect a ciraular steel sign <br />to be illuminated by two 100 watt lamps, which extends over <br />the sidewalk approximately eighteen inches at his service <br />station, 2064 S.
