Seventh <br /> Street, was referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission was accepted <br />and~. M. Tipple, D.C. was granted a temporary permit to pra¢ <br />rice chiropractic at 109 E. Seventh Street. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the <br />application of C. M. Trusty & Bone for permission to hang a <br />Neon Clock for ~.C. Norton Purniture Company at 517 N. Main <br />Street, was granted on recommendation and under the eupe~vt- <br />sion of the Electrical Inspector. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the <br />application of the Santa Aha Realty Compm~y to erect two- <br />eight family apartments and two single apartments over garage <br />on W. Tenth Street approximately 200 feet west of Broadway, <br />was referred to the Planning Commission; there being no oral <br />or written protests against the application. <br /> <br />On recommendation of th~ Planning Commission and on motion of <br />Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the application <br />of the Santa Ana Realty Compar~ was granted to construct an <br />apartment house on W. Tenth Street approximately 200 feet <br />west of Broadway. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the application of M.E. ~emtson to conduct a bowling alley in <br />the~asement..of the Pacific Building at Third and Broadway, <br />was granted on recommendation of the Police Commissioner and <br />$~nief. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Smith and carried, the <br />application of W.C. Osborne for a permit to conduct a pool <br />hall at 902 E. Pourth Street, was granted on recommendation <br />of the Police Commlssioner and Chief. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the application of the United Cooperative Exchange ~1 for <br />mission to operate a wood yard a~ 1520-2A W. Third Street, <br />denied on recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the <br />United Cooperative Exchange #X was allowed thirty days t= <br />remove the wood from the location at 1520-2~ W. Third Street. <br /> <br /> <br />
