<br />gallons, also average flow in miners inches; of the partici-

<br />during the calenderyear of 1935, and presenting the follow-

<br />the communication of F. H. LaGuardla, Mayor of New York City,
<br />President, inviting the .City of Santa Ana to participate in
<br />and affiliate with the United States Conference of Mayors,
<br />was referred to the Finance Committee.
