On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants according to demand audited by the Finance Committee numbering from twenty to two hundred twe~ty-flve inclusive. On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruna and carried, annual the/report of the City Auditor for the fiscal year was referred to the Finance Oommittee. # On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, the budget of the City of Santa Aha for the fiscal year 1936- 1937 as prepared by the City Auditor, was adopted. # On re0~mmendation of the committee appointed and on motion of Trustee B~ms, seconded by Layton and carried, the applioatio~ of Chas. L. Bell for permission to conduct an auction house at 207~ N. ~ain Street, was denied. . On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution overruling protests or objections to report of Street Superintendent, approving report, and ordering a copy thereof filed with the Tax Collector." was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2475 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, W. H. Penn, Ernest H. Layton, Fred C. Rowland. Noes, Trustees None.
