<br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried,
<br />the petitiormpresented by Dr. N.9. Hollingsworth and signed
<br />by citizens of Santa Aha requesting the City Oouncil to
<br />employ the Santa Aha Symphony Orchestra for the purpose of
<br />giving four free concerts at ~e Santa Aha High School Audi-
<br />torium at a cost of $1§0.00 per concert, were referred to the
<br />Finance Committee for consideration.

<br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried,
<br />a Resolution was introduced accepting the following deeds to
<br />the City of Santa Aha for park purposes:
<br />
<br /> Deed from Evan Jones and Emilie Jones to a perpetual
<br />easement to maintain o~annel or water course and retaining
<br />wall on triangular parcel of land on west side of Main Street
<br />near Santiago Creek, which said deed is dated July 9,
<br />and also deed from said parties to a parcel of land along
<br />the said Santiago Creek near Main Street on East side thereof
<br />in said City, which said deed is dated July 7, 1936.
