A. Brown. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the <br /> applications of Powell Neon Sign Company to hang two electric <br /> signs for Dr. F.E. Campbell, 418~ N. Main Street, and one <br /> electric sign for Dr. S.W. Wallace, llZ~½ E. Fourth Street, <br /> were granted when approved by the Electrical Inspector and <br /> to be hung under his supervision, <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, <br /> the applications of Leo R. Gibbons and Ralph Horman to drive <br /> taxicabs for the Courtesy Cab Company, were granted on <br /> recommendation of the Taxicab Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign Street Lighting <br />Contract with the Southen~ California Edison Company Ltd., <br />covering the City's street lighting systems (other than <br />ornamental) for a period of two years from July l, 1935. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />Map Tract No.. 1010 and bond in amount of $3000.00 submitted <br />by Allison C. Honer, Helen L. Honer and Bessie A. Ball as <br />principals, were approved and the Mayor and Clerk were <br />authorized to sign the Council's approval to Map Tract 1010. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the Clerk was authorized to sign the Council's approval to <br />Map Tract No. 993 in so far as the City has any rights there- <br />in by virtue of the right-of-way for Outfall Sewer, upon <br />receipt of written recommendation and approval of the City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution approving reconstruction of a portion of <br /> Joint Outfall Sewer with forty-two inch pressure <br /> outfall line" <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2495 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, <br /> <br /> W. H. Penn, Ernest H. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Lay ton, <br /> <br />Fred C.
