In Re On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />Group Insurance the matter of Group Insurance for City Employees, was <br />City Employees. referred to the City Auditor and Attorney for study and <br />recommendation. <br />In Re The Council having been advised of the death of John T. Lacy <br />Death of employee of the Fire Department, it was moved by Trustee <br />John T. Lacy. Smith, duly seconded by Bruno and carried, that when the <br />Council adjourns to do so in respect to John T. Lacy, who was <br />a trusted employee of the City of Santa Ana. <br />In Re No written or oral protests having been received or heard, <br />Application on motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Smith and carried, the <br />J. A. Crawford. application of J. A. Crawford to construct a bungalow court <br />at 1315 E . Sixth Street, was referred to the Planning Com- <br />mission for recommendation. <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of <br />Trustee Penn, seconded by Smith and carried, the application <br />of J. A. Crawford was held over for two weeks pending receipt <br />of more definite plans on proposed structures. <br />. <br />In Re No written or oral protests having been received or heard, <br />Applico. tion on motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruno and carried, th~ <br />R. L. Peterson. application of R. L. Peterson for a permit to conduct an aut~ <br />mobile and auto trailer business on property described as <br />Lots 5, 7 and 9, Block A, Tract #245, was referred to the <br />Planning Commission. <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of <br />Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruno and carried, the application <br />of R. L.
