In Re On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and carried, Group Insurance the matter of Group Insurance for City Employees, was City Employees. referred to the City Auditor and Attorney for study and recommendation. Crawford to construct a bungalow court at 1315 E . Sixth Street, was referred to the Planning Com- mission for recommendation. On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Smith and carried, the application of J. A. Crawford was held over for two weeks pending receipt of more definite plans on proposed structures. .
