Fourth St <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the application of 0. A. Brown, representative of the Rich- <br />field 0il Company, for a permit to construct a service sta- <br />tion at the southeast corner of Fourth and McClay Streets, <br />was referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the application of 0. A. Brown to construct a service station <br />at the southeast corner of ~'ourth and McClay Streets, was <br />laid over for two w~eks for further study. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Layt~n and carried, <br />the application of Bascom Rush for a permit to operate a <br />Used Car Market at 1620 N. Main Street, was referred to the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion <br />Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the property at <br />1620 N. Main Street was ordered posted for special uses and <br />the hearing date set December 21st, 1936, in accordance with <br />the application of Bascom Rush to conduct used car market. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the application of 0. A. Brown for permission to construct a <br />thirty foot driveway at the service station located at the <br />southeast corner of Sixth and Birch Streets, was referred to <br />the Street Commissioner and Superintendent with power to act. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee <br />the application of F. <br /> <br />Smith, seconded by Stuns and carried, <br /> <br /> P. Nickey Jr., Scoutmaster for Rotary <br /> <br />Troop #24 of the Boy Scouts, for permission to sell Christmas <br />trees at the northeast corner of Third and Bush Streets and <br />on vacant lot at the corner of Seventeenth and Main Streets, <br />was referred to the Police Commissioner and Chief with power <br />tO act. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the <br />petition of citizens for the installation of a street ligh~ <br />on the corner of Lyon and Palm Avenue, was referred to the <br />Street Commissioner with power to act. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the applications of Harold H. Maxwell, Alan E. Danielson and <br /> <br /> <br />
