A. Demetriou for a per, it to construc <br />a duplex at the southeast corner of Orange and Norma~dyPlace <br />was referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of <br />Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the property at <br />the southeast corner of Orange and Normandy Place was ordered <br />posted for special uses and the Joint hearing date set <br /> <br />January 4th, <br />On motion of <br /> <br />1937, in accordance with application S~o.A.Demet <br /> <br />Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, <br /> <br /> the petition of property owners to have North Broadway betwee <br /> 17th and 19th Street rezoned for apartment house district, <br /> was referred to the Planning Commission with the suggestion <br /> that ~orth Broadway between 10th and 17th Streets be cons <br /> for. rezoning to apartment house district. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded bY Penn and carried, <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission was read, rela- <br />tive to the rezoning of North Broadway and the petition of <br />property owners was laid over until January ~th, 1937. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Smith and carried, the <br />application of Enox Bros. for a permit to conduct a Used Car <br />Market at 211 E. First Street, was referred to the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of <br />Trustee Penn, seconded by Smith and carried, the property at <br />211 E. First Street W~s ordered posted for special uses and <br />the Joint hearing date set January 4th, 1@37, in accordance <br />with the application of Knox Bros. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the <br />application of 0. A. Brown, representative 0f the Richfield <br />Oil Company, for permission to construct a service station at <br />the southeast corner of Fourth and McClay Streets, was refer- <br />red back to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of <br />Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the property at <br /> <br /> <br />
