APPROVED: Mayor of the tty of Santa Ana. was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. # On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Smith and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution concerning Parking Limitations under Ordinance No. lO~0# was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2§07 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Plummet ~. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, W. H. Penn, Ernest H. Layton, Fred C. Rowland. Noes, Trustees None. Absent, Trustees None. # On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, introduced ResolutiOn Was/releasing Bond on Tract No. 1000 for the improvement of Freeman Street in the City of Santa Aha, the cash work having been completed in accordance with/bond filed, and the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to draw a warrant in the sum of $1000.00 to the Orange County Title Company as a re- fund of the $1000.00 heretofore deposited with the City, The Resolution was read, considered, designated Resolution No 2808 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, W. H. Penn, Ernest H. Layton, Fred C.-Rowland. Noes,.Trustees None. Absent, Trustees None. # On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission to deny the petition of property owners for the rezoning of North Broad- way between Seventeenth and Nineteenth Streets for apartment and office purposes, was approved. # On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, the report of the City Auditor on the ~peration of the Metro- politan Water District for the month of October, was received and filed. # On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, the City Council adjourned.
