Noes, Absent, # On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Smith and carried, the Mayor and Auditor were authorized as Sponsor's Agent and Fiscal Officer, to sign oorrected W.P.A. Project for cons~uc- tion of sewer mains from Main Street west on Roe Drive to Santa Aha ~lvd. northwest along Santa Ana Blvd. to Section line, west on Section line to connect with sewer main on Flower Street. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Smith and carried, the application of Bascom Rush for a permit to conduct a Used Car Market at 1620 N. Main Street, was referred back to the Planning Commission, there being no written or oral ob- Jections to the application. On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of Trustee Penn, seconded'by Smith and carried, the application of Bascom Rush was granted to conduct a Used Car Market at 1620 N. Main Street. . On motion of T~ustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the suggestion of the Planning Commission that the Zoning OrdinanCe be checked before reprinting the Ordinance, was referred to the 0ity Attorney with power to act. On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the following Resolution entitled: 'Resolution establishing No Parking Zones under Section 9, of Ordinance No. 1030" was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2509 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees ~oseph P. Smith, W. H. Penn, Fred C. Rowland. Trustees None. Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Ernest H. Layton. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Smith and carried, the City Council adjourned.
