That the Council hereby designated "FRANK BORCHARD ANNEX NO. l" <br /> <br />as au appropriate name for said annexation. <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 21st day of June 195~ at the hour <br /> <br />of ?:50 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at the intersection <br />of Third and Main Streets in the City of Santa Aha, California, is the <br />time and place fixed at which the City Co%ucil will hear protests made by <br />any person owning real property within said territory so proposed to be <br />annexed. At any ttm~ before said hour, any owner of such property m~y file <br />written protest against this proposed -~nexation.
