~ESOLUTION NO. ~h-66 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has entered into an agreement with <br />the State of California to transfer certain property to the State for a <br />site for the construction of a National Guard Armory, under certain con- <br />ditions in said deed set out; <br /> <br /> NOW, 'fHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute that certain deed for and on behalf of the City of <br />Santa Aha conveying to the State of California a real property in the City <br />of Santa Ama, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of Block 3 in Tract No. 39, <br />as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 9, page 37, Miscellaneous <br />Maps of Orange County, State of California; thence East along the <br />South line of said Block 3 and along the North line and its ex- <br />tension of Block 4 in said Tract No. 39, a distance of 534.55 feet <br />· to a point; thence North 0° 22' 25" West 569.16 feet to a point; <br /> thence West parallel to and 30 feet Southerly from the center line <br /> of Delhi Road 150.00 feet to a point; thence South 0° 22' 25" East <br /> 386.60 feet to a point; thence West along the North line and its <br /> Easterly extension of said Block 3, 372.34 feet to a non-tangent <br /> cur~e; thence fram a tangent which bears South 5° 22' 35" West, <br /> Southwesterly along the arc of a curve concave Northwesterl~ and <br /> having a radius of 975.04 feet through a central angle of 5v 00' 00" <br /> an arc distance of 85.09 feet to a point; thence South 0° 22' 25" <br /> East 98.29 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> Bearings and distances are as showa on a Map filed in Book 27, <br />page 30 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder <br />of Orange County. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 54-54 be and it is hereby <br />revoked and rescinded. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOi~i'~:D by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its <br /> <br /> regular meeting held on the <br />CI21RK OF ~ COUNCIL <br /> <br />17th day of May , 1954. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br /> ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA E~ELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the' City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced <br />and read to the said Council at its regular meeting held on the <br /> 17th day of Ma~ , 1954, and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />NOES, COUNCILMEN: <br />ABSENT ~ COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />William Jerome, J.
