RES0LUTION 4-116 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS <br /> TO REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT, APPROVING <br /> REPORT AND ORDERING A COPY THEREOF FILED WITH <br /> THE TAX COLLECTOR. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANCTA ANA: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />did, on the 15th day of March, 1954, pass Resolution No. 54-26 <br />determining and declaring that weeds which bea~ seeds of a <br />wingy or downy nature and which attain such a large growth as <br />to become a fire menace when dry and which are noxious and <br />dangerous, were growing upon the streets, sidewalks, and <br />private property in the City of Santa Ana, described in the <br />itemized report submitted herewith; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on the 19th day of April, 1954, the City <br />Council further passed Resolution No. 54-48, ordering the <br /> <br />Street Smperintendent of said City to abate such public nuisance; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the said Street Superintendent has given <br /> <br />notice as required by law, <br />August, 1954, at the hour <br />the time, and the Council <br /> <br /> in which notice the 2nd day of <br /> <br />of 7:30 otclock P.M., was fixed as <br />Chamber of the City Hall of said City <br /> <br />as the place, where any and all persons interested in the said <br />report might be heard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time set the Street Superintendent <br />submitted the said report~ and all of said protests or object- <br />ions to said report having been heard; and <br /> <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana that all of said protests or objections to the <br />said report of the work done, be and the same are hs~eby over- <br />ruled and the report affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent <br />be, and he is hereby directed to file a copy of said report with <br />the Tax Collector. <br /> <br /> <br />
