FOREMAN, do hereby certify that I am <br />the Acting Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana; <br />that I did on the 28th day of July, 1954, post on or near <br />the chamber door of the Legislative Body, to-wit: the City <br />Council, of the City of Santa Ana, a notice of the time when <br />my report of the ac%ount of, and the cost of abating and <br />destroying weeds would be submitted to such City Council; <br />a copy of which notice and of the account so posted by me <br />are annexed hereto, and made a part hereof; that said notice <br />and said account were kept posted from and after said 28th <br />day of July, 1954, for at least three (3) days prior to the <br />2nd day of August, 1954, as required by law. <br /> <br /> Dated this 2nd day of August, 1954. <br /> <br />H.
