Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, <br /> W. H. Penn, Ernest H. Layton. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees Fred C. Rowland. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and <br />carried, Trustee Bruns was appointed Mayor Pro Tem <br />in the absence of Mayor Rowland. <br /> <br />Each Trustee hav'ing received a mopy of the Minutes, <br />further reading of the Minutes of February 1st, 1937, <br />was dispensed with and the Minutes approved on motion <br />of Trustee Layton, seconded by Penn and carried. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Shannon Funeral Home. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Evan Jones. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the application of the Shannon Funeral Home for permission to <br />h~ve the southwest cor~er of 17th and Broadway rezoned to <br />permit them to operate a Mortuary, was referred to the Plan- <br />ning Commission for recommendation. <br /> <br />No w~itten or oral protests having been received, on motion o~ <br />Trustee Layton, seconded by Smith and carried, the applica- <br />tion of Evan Jones for permission to conduct an auto cTnnp on <br />the following described property: <br /> <br /> Beginning at ~ point in the center line of Main Street, <br />bearing South 0w 45' West 48&.10 feet from the Northeast cor- <br />ner of Section One (1), Township 5 South, Range l0 West, <br />S.B.B.& ~..~.; thence South 86© 44! West 333.8~ feet; thence <br />South 33° 45' East ?4.80 feet; thence South 52© 04' 15" East <br />1~2.6& feet; thence South 55© 3G~ 20" East ~6.36 feet; thence <br />North 89© 48' East l?G feet to the center line of Main Street <br />thence North 0© 45!
