Clark, Quorum Leader, Church <br />of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, opposing Sunday dancin <br />was received and filed and the Clerk was instructed to advis <br />him that Santa Aha has an Ordinance prohibiting Sunday dancin <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the communication of the Planning Commission expressing sin- <br />cere appreciation for the consideration shown in allocating <br />a reserved section for them in the Council Chambers, was <br />received, filed and acknowledged. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, <br /> <br />the Minutes of the Forestry Board on meeting held March 23, <br />1937, were received and filed. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the application of Leo Daffern for permission to preach the <br />gospel on the street at 1902 W. Second Street, for several <br />weeks on Saturday nights, was granted. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the report of Clyde C. Kennedy, Consulting Engineer, on the <br />Joint 0utfall Sewer, was referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Brun, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the communication of Mrs. Walters, 2325 W. Sixth Street, <br />requesting the collection of trash in her neighborhood and <br />repair of the street, was referred to the Street Commissioner <br />and City Engineer. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br /> <br />
