Broadway, was <br /> granted and license ordered issued for said business. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, <br /> the monthly reports of the City Officers for the month of <br /> December, were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br /> the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants numbering from <br /> 1323 to 1523 inclusive, according to demands audited by the <br /> Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the petition of citizens requesting that F. W. Lockhart be <br />reinstated as a merchant patrolman for their property, was <br />referred to the Police Commissioner, Chief and Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Brans and carried, <br />the revised W. P. A. Project as presented by the City Engineer <br />for the improvement of Santiago Creek Park, was approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, W. H. Penn, <br /> Ernest H. Layton, Fred C. Rowland. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees Joseph P. Smith. <br /> <br /> Absent, Trustees Non'e. <br /> <br />On recommendation of Trustee Smith and on motion of Trustee <br />Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, the Chair and Trustee <br />Smith were appointed as a committee to contact Clyde C. <br />Kennedy in view of employing him as consulting engineer for <br />the City of Santa Ana at the Joint Outfall Sewer. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the rules for trash collection by the City Street Department <br />were approved. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the Anti-picketing 0~dinance #362 of the County of Orange <br /> <br />recommended for adoption by the County Grand Jury for 1936-37 <br /> and presented <br />the Ordinance prepared/by the City Attorney, which is similar <br /> <br />in contents to County Ordinance #362 and the communication <br />of C. I.
