NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Santa Ana do resolve as follows: That this Council shall pursuant to the authority veste~ in them when such an emergency exists proceed to expend and enter into contracts involving the expenditure of any sum of money required in ouch emergency without follow- ing the provisiono for the expenditure of money ac provided in Section 777 of the Municipal Corporation Bill under ordinary conditions. PA~SED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha by unanimous vote at a special meeting of such Council held at the hour of three o'clock P.M., on the ninth day of March, 1938.
