Flower St. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />Amending ZoniD~ Ordinance. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Fire Zones. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Sewage Convention. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the monthly reports of city officers for the month of March, <br />were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the Clerk was authorized to draw warrants numbering from <br />2332 to 2577 inclusive, according to demands audited by the <br />Finance Committee. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the releases of all members of the Joint Outfall Sewer, <br />whereby the County of Orange is released from any and all <br />claims of the City of Orange for the disposal of county <br />hospital sewage through said city's line to the Joint Out- <br />fall Sewer since the commencement of the county's use of <br />said line, were received and filed with the records and <br />resolution recently passed by the City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion' of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> <br />a Resolution accepting deed to the City of Santa Ana of <br />portions of right of way for widening North Flower Street <br />on the west side between Eighth Street and Washington Avenue <br />from Sue E. Parsons and Herbert C. Parsons, was read, con- <br /> <br />sidered, designated Resolution No. <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, <br /> Penn, Ernest H. Rowland. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Layto n and carried, <br />the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha amending <br /> Ordinance No. 809 entitled 'An Ordinance to be known <br /> as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana, <br /> California, prescribing the classes of buildings, <br /> structures and improvements and uses or additions in <br /> the several zones to be created by this Ordinance, and <br /> providing the penalty for the violation of the same '" <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for <br />second reading. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />Gordon Whitnall, Planning Consultant, and Fire Chief Luxem- <br />bourger were appointed as a committee to make a preliminary <br />survey of the present fire district relative to making some <br />temporary changes until the Zoning Ordinance is revised. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the Water Commissioner and Water Superintendent were <br />ted to attend the California Sewage Works Assocation <br />Conference in San Diego, April llth and 12th and the <br /> <br /> <br />
