Rurup amount $5200.00, <br />located near the SantaAna River, were referred to the <br /> <br />Council as a whole and the <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Stuns, <br /> <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />seconded by Layton and carried, <br /> <br />the monthly reports of city officers for the month of April, <br />were re~erred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br /> <br />the Clerk was authorized to draw warrants numbering from <br />2807 to 2821 inclusive, according to demands audited by the <br /> <br />Finance' Committee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />No written or oral objections having been filed or received <br />on motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />a Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> 'A Resolution ordering the Street Superintendent to abat. <br />the ~ublic nuisance heretofore declared by the City Council <br />of the City of' Santa Ana to exist in the City of Santa Ana, <br />to-wit: Weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature <br />and attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace <br />when dry and which are noxious and dangerous, growing upon <br />certain streets, sidewalks, and private property in the City <br />of Santa Ana, by having the weeds referred to removed.' <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2564 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Plummet W.
