NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN tb~t the 6th day of December, 1954 at <br /> <br />the hour of 7:30 P. M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at the <br />intersection of Third and Main Streets in the City of Santa Aha, California, <br />is the time and place fixed at which the City Council will hear protests <br />made by any person owning real property within said territory so proposed <br />to be annexed. At auy time before said hour, any owner of any of said <br />property may file written protest against this proposed annexation.
