Rogers to erect a duplex on the <br />southeast corner of Flower and Fifteenth Street, legal des- <br />cription being Lot 1,Block A, Tract No. 395, was referred to <br />the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the application of R. D. Flaherty for change in zone from <br /> <br />single family residence to apartment house zone of property <br /> 4 and .No.1/2 of 6, <br />located at 702 S.
