Dornberger <br />Richard A. Bradford <br /> <br />204 W. %th St. <br />120 W. ~th St. <br />515 N. Sycamore St. <br />510 N. Sycamore St. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the communication of the Railroad Commission of the State of <br />California with reference to truck making deliveries on West <br />Fourth Street and delaying the Pacific Electric Railway Com- <br />pany's train on January 15th, was referred to the Police <br />Commissioner and Chief for investigation. The communication <br />was ordered acknowledged with request to give location of the <br />delay. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the communication of G. H. Fischer relative to attempts being <br />made to remove the Pacific Electric rail-line between Santa <br />Ama and Los Angeles, was received, acknowledged and referred <br />to committee appointed on the matter. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> the communication of the Chsmber of Commerce relative to <br /> securi~ a new Santa Fe Railway station for Santa Aha, was <br /> received, acknowledged and filed. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br /> the communication of the Chamber of Commerce transmitting a <br /> summary of a referencdum taken among the members on civil <br /> service for all city employees, was received and referred to <br /> the Council as a whole. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> the application of Juan Sarinana for permission to operate <br /> a fruit stand on his property at 2216 W. 5th Street, was <br /> referred to the Building Inspector and Sanitary Inspector. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br /> the monthly reports of the various city officers for the <br /> month of January, were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> <br />
