Rowland. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br />The recommendation of the Planning Commission was concurred <br />with and on motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and <br />carried, the application of Jasper Farney to construct a <br />duplex on Van Ness Avenue between Bishop and Richland Streets <br />described as being Lot 5, Block 10, Polytechnic Villa Tract, <br />was granted. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />The recommendation of the Planning Commission was followed <br />and on motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and car- <br />ried, the application of Eunice Wilson for special use to <br />remodel residence into a two family dwelling, located at 417 <br />E. Chestnut Avenue, described as being the East one-half of <br />Lot l0 and all of Lot ll, Block F, Porter, Spurgeon and Blee <br />Addition, was granted. <br /> <br />Concurring with the recommendation of the Planning Commissio~ <br />on motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the application of Robert L. Arundell for special use to <br />erect a duplex on Van Ness Avenue between Bishop and Richland <br />Streets, described as Lot 4, Block 10, Polytechnic Villa <br />Tract, was granted. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Concurring with the recommendation of the Planning Commission <br />on motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the application of Emmet C.
