311 <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Re,so; No. 26314 <br /> <br />Adopting Land-Use <br /> <br />Section of Master Plan. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Mayor of the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />an 0rdl~ance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance establishing districts within the City of <br />Santa Ana and establishing classifications of land used and <br />regulating such land uses in such districts; regulating the <br />height of buildings and open spaces for light and ventilation <br />adopting a map of said districts; defining the terms used in <br />said Ordinance; providing for the adjustment, amendment and <br />enforcement thereof; prescribing penalties for its violation <br />and repealing Ordinance No. 809 and all Ordinances amendatory <br />thereof or supplementary thereto, and all Ordinances or parts <br />of Ordinances in conflict herewith." <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for <br /> <br />second reading. <br /> <br />on motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />following Resolution entitled: <br /> "Resolution adopting Land-Use Section of Master Plan of <br /> the City of Santa Ana" <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No..26~1~ and <br /> <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> A~es, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph ~. Smith, <br /> W. H. Penn, Ernest H. Layton, Fred C. Rowland. <br /> NOes, Trustees None. <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />On motion of TEmtee Smith, <br />the City Council adjourned. <br /> <br />seconded by Penn and carried, <br /> <br />By - <br /> Deputy <br /> <br />0ity Council met in regular session. <br /> <br />Meet~ called to order by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Present: Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, <br /> W. H. Penn, Ernest H. Layton, Fred C. Co. <br /> <br />League of Municipalities. <br /> <br />Comncil Chambers <br />Santa Ana City Hall. <br />March 20th, 1939. 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the application of Means and Ulrich for special use to erect <br />a duplex on West Sixth Street between Olive and Shelton <br />Streets, legal descriptloa being Lot 8, Constantin6~s Addi- <br />tion, was referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the communication of Wayland Wood with reference to provision <br />of the proposed Planning Ordinance regulating the ground area <br />of duplex sites,was referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the communication of the Orange Cou~%y League of Municipali- <br />ties relative to monthly meeting to be held Thursday evening, <br />March 23rd, at the Ann Marie Tea Room, Placentia, was receiw <br /> <br />and filed and all officials urged to attend. <br /> <br /> <br />
