Rowland. <br /> <br /> Noes, T~ustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, ~rustees None. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> entitled <br />the following/0~dinance was placed on file for second <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana creating a <br /> Commission in the said City of Ssunta Ana, to be known <br /> as the tTrack Removal Commission'". <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance establishing Districts within the City of <br /> Santa Ana and establishing classifications of land uses <br /> and regulating such land uses in such districts; regulat- <br /> ing the height of buildings and open spaces for light and <br /> ventilation; adopting a map of said districts; defining <br /> the terms used in said Ordinance; providing for the adjust- <br /> ment, amendment and enforcement thereof; prescribing penal- <br /> ties for its violation and repealing Ordinance No. 809 and <br /> all Ordinances amendato~y thereof or supplementary thereto, <br /> and all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict here- <br /> with" <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1074 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Plummer W. Rowland. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />At this time "Mayor for the Day" Glenn Cave expressed a vote <br />of thanks to the Council and City Officials for the coopera- <br />tion given the DeMolay on this their fourth annual Civic Day. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried <br />the Council extended a sincere vote of thanks to the DeMolay <br />and their parents for the interest shown in Civic Day and the <br />motion was ordered spread on the minutes and a copy sent to <br />the Chapter of the DeMolay. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission was concurred <br />and the application of Means and Ulrich for special use to <br />construct a duplex on Lot 8, Constantine's Addition located <br />on West Sixth Street betteen Olive and Shelton Streets, was <br />granted. <br /> <br /> <br />
