Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, <br /> W. H. Penn, Ernest H. Layton, Fred C. Rowland. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, <br /> <br /> seconded by Penn and carried, <br /> the communication of Wayland Wood with reference to certain <br /> provisions in the proposed Planning Ordinance regulating the <br /> ground area of duplex sites, was returned by the Planning <br /> Commission stating that the proposed Ordinance had passed <br /> out of its hands, was received, acknowledged and Clerk to <br /> inform Mr. Wood of the action of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> <br />'the ~ppllcation' of the White Cab Company to change their <br /> addres~ from 506 Bush Street to 433 W. Third Street, was <br /> granted and the Clerk instructed to issue permit or licenses <br /> to conduct their business from 433 W. Third Street. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> the applications of the White Cab Company for taxicab stands, <br /> at the following locations: southewst corner of Fourth and <br /> <br /> ~ain Streets, 606 N. Main Street, 504 E. Fourth Street, 1206 <br /> and <br /> E. Fourth Street, 1301 W. Fourth Street, 1016 S. Main St~eet~ <br /> <br /> 104 E. 18th Street, were referred to the Traffic Comnission <br /> and the Taxicab Commission and the Clerk was instructed to <br /> notify the owners and tenants of the property in front of <br /> which proposed stands are to be located and ascertain if they <br /> have any objections. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution authorizing execution of agreement and <br /> issuance of purchase order" <br /> <br /> wherein the City is to construct an outfall sewer across the <br /> right of way of the Newport Beach llne of railway at E1 Moro <br /> Station of the Pacific Electric Railway Company, and the <br /> Pacific Electric Railway Company is to install and renew the <br /> <br /> necessary structure and cribbing to enable said work to b e <br /> done.
