Davis to purchase <br />said real property in the sum of $600.00, and no person being <br />present desirous of raising this bid, upon motion of Trustee <br />Penn, seconded by Layton and carried, the Resolution No.2639 <br />accepting said offer and authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to <br />execute deed to said property was passed and adopted by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, W.H.Penn, <br /> Ernest H. Layton, Fred C. Heap, President of the Greats <br />Los Angeles Rapid Transit Association, Inc., urging support <br />of Assembly Bill No. 693 which provides for a rapid transit <br />district to permit the formation of a rapid transportation <br />system, was referred to the City Attorney for study and advis <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Layton and carried, <br /> <br />the applications of John Duke and ~arry B.
