Whereas, it satisfactorily appears to the City Council of the City of Santa Ana ~hat notice of said election was duly and legally given as being held April 10th, 1939, according to law. There were thirty-six voting precincts established for the purpose of holding said election, consisting of a consoli- dation, of the regular election precincts established for hold. lng the last general State and County elections. The Council finds that as a result of said election the whole number of votes cast were 9902, and that the following persons were voted for with the following results and totals, to-wit: For Trustee, First Ward. 1.
