There were thirty-six voting precincts established for <br /> <br />the purpose of holding said election, consisting of a consoli- <br /> <br />dation, of the regular election precincts established for hold. <br /> <br />lng the last general State and County elections. The Council <br /> <br />finds that as a result of said election the whole number of <br /> <br />votes cast were 9902, and that the following persons were <br /> <br />voted for with the following results and totals, to-wit: <br /> <br />For Trustee, First Ward. 1.
