Fourth St. <br /> 123 S. Sycamore St. <br /> 2545 S. Main St. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Kelsey and carried, <br />the application of J. E. Cope for the position of Electrical <br />Inspector of the City of Santa Ana, was received, filed and <br />referred to the Personnel Officer. <br /> <br />The bid of H. M. Secrest in amount of $4~5.00 covering Lot <br />12, Block A, Tract 869, was read. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconSed by Bruns and carried, <br />a Resolution of Intention to sell above described real pro- <br />perty at the regular meeting of the City Council to be held <br />on the 1st day of May, 1939, was read, considered, designated <br />Resolution No. 2648 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees E. D. Yost, D. W. Kelsey, Fred C. Rowland, <br /> <br /> Joseph P. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Yost, <br /> <br />Smith, PlummeT W. Bruns. <br /> <br />seconded by Smith and carried, <br /> was accepted <br /> <br /> the recommendation of the Planning Commission/with reference <br /> to the application of H. B. Riggan for special use to erect <br /> a service station at the northwest corner of First and Grand <br /> A~nue, described as Lots ll and 12, Block E, Santa Ana Invest- <br /> <br /> ment'Company Tract #1 Humphrey's Addition, no change of zone <br /> necessary. <br /> <br /> On motion Kelsey, seconded by Yost and carried, the recommen- <br /> dation of the Planning Commission was accepted and the Clerk <br /> authorized to have printed and bound, sets of the districting <br /> maps and the Zoning Ordinance, in hvailable'sizes, such sets <br /> to be sold to the public at a price to cover the cost of <br /> printing and handling. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee ~mith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the resignation of E. D. Yost as a member of the .Planning <br />Commission was accepted. <br /> <br /> On motion of TE~stee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> the qusrterly report of the City Auditor for the third quarts <br /> of the fiscal year, was accepted and each member to be given <br /> a copy for perusal. <br /> <br /> <br />
