Layton and Penn are to <br />retain their membership on this Commission. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee ¥ost, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the maps and exhibits presented by the Planning Commission <br />covering preliminary study for the opening, widening and <br />extension of certain streets in the City, were referred to <br />the City Council as a whole for study. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Yost and carried, <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved <br />and the application of Wm. H. Davis to conduct a commercial <br />rabbit yard at 1t10 S.
