<br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by B~uns and carried,

<br />a Resolution of Intention to sell above described real pro-

<br />
<br />Resolution No. 2665 and passed by the following vote:

<br />On m6tion of Trustee Kelsey, seconded by Yost and carried,
<br />
<br />the reports of the various city officers for the month of
<br />June, were referred to the Finance Committee.
<br />
<br />On motion of' Trustee Bruns, seconded by Kelsey and carried,
<br />the Clerk was authorized to draw warrants according to the
<br />demands audited by the Finance Committee, numbering from
<br />20 to 269 inclusive.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Kelsey and carried,
<br />the recommendation of the Taxicab Committee was followed and
<br />the license of Robert Charles Cook to drive a taxicab, was
<br />revoked.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Yost, seconded by Smith and carried,
<br />the applications of L. M. Pryor, Leonard LeRoy Rass, Leonard
<br />Chaney, Howard Neu and Carl R. Taylor to drive taxicabs for
<br />the White Cab Company, were granted on recommendation of the
<br />Taxicab Commission.
<br />
<br />The recommendations of the Taxicab Committee for the denial
<br />of applications for taxicab stands, was accepted and on motio
<br />of Trustee Yost, seconded by Kelsey and carried, the applica-
<br />tions of the White Cab Company for taxicab stands to be loca-
<br />ted in front of the Green Cat Cafe, 415 N. Main Street and
<br />on the south side of Guard's Drug Store at the northeast cor-
<br />ner of Main and Washington Streets, were denied.

<br />Mayor ROwland recommended the following re-appointments:

<br />A. H. Allen as a member of the Forestry Board, term to expire
<br />June 30th, 194~.
<br />
<br />E'. M. Sundquist and T. H. Glenn as members of the Library
<br />Board, term to expire June 30th,
