On motion of Trustee Xe!sey, seconded by Bruns and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution to purchase real property snd take option on additional acreage" and authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute option and agreement on behalf of the City with Santa Ana Mortgage and Investment Company for four acres. The Resolution was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2670 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, E.D.Yost, D.W. Kelsey, Fred C. Rowland. Trustees None. Nos s, Absent, Trustees None. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Kelsey and carried, the annual report for fiscal year 1938-1939 submitted by the City Auditor, was received and referred to the Council as a whole.
