<br />Meeting. called to. order by the Mayor.

<br />Present: Trustees Pl,,mmer W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith,
<br /> E. D. ~ost, D. W. Xelsey, Fred-C. Rowland.
<br />
<br /> Absent: Trustees None.
<br />
<br />The Clerk commenced the reading of the Minutes and
<br />each member of the City Council having received a copy
<br />of the Minutes, further reading of the Minutes of July
<br />5th, 1939, was dispensed with and the Minutes approved
<br />on motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by' Xelsey and carried.

<br />Pursuant to Resolution of Intention, the Chair asked if any
<br />bids had been received for the sale of the following des-
<br />cribed proper~y:
<br />
<br /> Lots 17 and 18, Block 67, of 'Town of Santa Aha East'.
<br />The offer of Catherine A. Herr was read, to purchase said
<br />real property in the sum of $450.00 and no person being pres-
<br />ent desirous of raising this bid, upon motion of Trustee
<br />Bruns,.seconded by Yost and carried, the Resolution No. 2671
<br />accepting said offer an~ authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to
<br />execute deed to said property, was read, considered and
<br />passed by the following vote:

<br /> 74, 76, 77,'79, 83, 93, 97, 100, 118, 125, 128, 129, 130,
<br /> 131, 132, 138 and 142 of Tract No. 557, Southwestern Addi-
<br /> tion, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 18, page 25 of
<br /> Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.

<br /> Also Lot #C" of Tract No. 642, as shown on a Map recorded
<br /> in Book 25,'page 19 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
<br /> Orange County, California.

<br />The offer of E. E. Wild and Hetta Wild was read, to purchase
<br />said real property in the sum of $800.00 and no person being
<br />present desirous of raising this bid, upon motion of Trustee
<br />Xelsey, seconded by Smith and carried, the Resolution No.
<br />2672 accepting said offer and authoriz~ the Mayor and Clerk
<br />to execute deed to s aid property was read, considered and
<br />passed by the following vote:
