<br />is above the guarantee, was referred to the Department of
<br />Public Ways.

<br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Kelsey and carried,
<br />the action of the Planning Commission was concurred in and
<br />the application of Harold H. Fish and Merle M. Hall, Variance
<br />NoLlE, involving property at 414 Wakeham Avenue to permit a
<br />.reduction of the minimum lot area required for a single fami]
